Mechanical Condition:
This X3 has covered a genuine 18,800 miles from new with BMW Service Pack and drives not tangibly different from new. This car is a credit to our regular customer who is very fastidious and maintains his cars to the highest standard. This X3 has had a very easy, pampered life and this if reflected in its condition. There are no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive or issues. Premium Pirelli PZero tyres fitted all round in good order, another sign of this cars pampered life. The 3.0 litre engine is superb with smooth power delivery and excellent economy. Any test drive or inspection welcome.

Exterior Condition:
Presented in very desirable Carbon Black with 20 inch wheels and Sun Protection Glass this a great looking X3 example. There are no noticeable stone chips to the front end. The parking sensors and reverse camera are in working order with scuffs to bumpers. There are no car park dents or other significant marks. The wheels are in excellent order with no ingrained dirt on the front or inner face and certainly no curbing damage at all to the outer edges. There is no ingrained dirt on the twin exhaust pipes. Interior Condition:
The high specification makes for a very desirable interior environment. Oyster Nevada Leather, Panoramic Glass Rood and Anthracite Wood make for a bright and uplifting interior ambience. The Harmon Kardon Premium Audio is superb along with Pro Nav etc. This car has never been smoked in or used to carry pets and there are no lingering smells. The leather seats look to have hardly been used with no dis-coloration, ingrained dirt or scuffing damage. The boot area is very clean with no stains or smells. The carpets and over carpets are all clean with no stains or smells. There is no wear to the steering wheel or any of the buttons, all in working order.
