Mechanical Condition:
The Civic Type R is already a modern classic due to the incredible naturally aspirated, high revving Vtec engine. The engine in this car performs as it should and revs freely. The clutch and gear change work as they should with tight, precise changes. There are no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. Recent MOT / inspection with no advisory items. Any inspection or test drive welcome.

Exterior Condition:
This generation Type R has aged very well in my opinion and the styling still looks fresh. Bodywork on this car is in very good order for the year and mileage. There is some chipping to the front end / bonnet to be expected at the mileage but nothing excessive that takes away from overall condition. There is no scuffing to bumpers, car park dents or other significant damage. The wheels are very clean with no ingrained dirt or curbing damage to the outer edges. Interior Condition:
The Type R interior is dominated by the classic Black / Red Sport Seats which are extremely comfortable and supportive. There is some wear to drivers bolster. The seats, carpets and interior generally is very clean. The rear seats look to have rarely been used. Very large, practical boot area is clean with no smells or damage. This Type R has never been smoked in (original lighter never used) or used to carry pets and there are no lingering smells.
