We have just taken this exceptional MGB in part exchange against one of our Jaguar XK's. This car has been restored to an extremely high standard (in 2020) and now presents and drives very well. Just 5 former keepers from new, HPI clear (no recorded accident damage) and presented in its original colour of Black (PMA code).

Supplied new in the UK on the 10th of September 1980 the V5 shows just 5 former keepers from new.

Our customer has owned since May 2019 spending significant time and money on this car.

The owner prior to that owned for 16 years since April 2003. A Mr Watson owned prior to that but only for 1 month from March 2003. The owner prior to that, Mr Tavner owned for a couple of years back to September 2001 (info from old V5 logbooks in history file). Invoices in history file dating back to 1996 through a Dr Bailey's ownership.

MOT certificates dating back from July 15th 1996 at 70,526 miles to April 2009 at 85,675 miles. The car has then been off road since restoration in late 2019. The most recent MOT carried out at 85,697 miles 14.04.2020 with "no advisory items."

Rover Vitesse V8 engine which runs very well and sounds beautiful. Getrag 5 speed gearbox with rev counter conversion to V8. V6 front callipers and discs. This conversion has been done to a very thorough and high standard. The result is a great looking, sounding and driving example.

Our customer chose this car due to the condition of the panels, sills and welds.
