Mechanical Condition:
This MX5 has a good provenance with long term ownership and ultra low mileage. This example feels and responds like a genuine, cherished, low mileage example.
The 160 bhp engine is very responsive and feels very powerful in this lightweight body. The clutch and gear change are an absolute pleasure to use with tight, precise, satisfying gear changes. There are no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. BOSCH battery fitted in July 2015. The Premium Bridgestone Potenza tyres have approx 5mm tread and there is no pulling or vibration through the steering wheel or brake pedal. Very well maintained and a credit to the gentleman owner. Exterior Condition:
Presented in very desirable Copper Red Metallic with 17 inch wheels this is a good looking example. The paintwork is in very good order and very original with all panels maintaining a deep metallic shine. There are some minor stone chips to front end but taken nothing away from overall condition. The wheels are in excellent order with no ingrained dirt or curbing damage to the outer edges. The rear exhaust pipes are very clean and the underneath has been regularly waxoyled as per the service invoices to protect the underneath. Interior Condition:
The interior has desirable heated leather seats that are in excellent condition and consistent with the low mileage. There is no scuffing damage to the bolsters. The MX5 over carpets are very clean with no ingrained dirt or wear damage. There is no excess wear or damage to any of the buttons, all in working order. The practical boot area is very clean with no stains or damage. The engine bay presents not tangibly different from new and is very impressive.

This is an exceptional low mileage example that presents and drives incredibly well.
